My Story
Caring for cats isn’t just a service I offer — it’s something I genuinely love. I’ve always had a natural connection with animals, especially cats, and over time I’ve built a strong understanding of their behaviours, needs, and personalities. I believe cats are deeply intelligent and emotionally sensitive creatures who deserve care that respects their space, routine, and individuality.
I work exclusively with cats, which allows me to give them the specialised attention they need. Unlike general pet sitters who may divide their time between cats and dogs, I focus solely on feline care. This means I’m experienced with everything from timid rescues who need quiet patience, to confident cats who love play and interaction. I understand their body language, know when to approach and when to give space, and I tailor every visit to suit their comfort.
I never wear shoes indoors, I speak softly, and I’m extremely mindful of creating a peaceful presence in your home. I don’t rush interactions — I let each cat come to me in their own time. Building trust is something I take seriously, and nothing makes me happier than seeing a cat feel relaxed and safe in my company.
I also believe cats thrive best in their own home environment, where their familiar sights, sounds, and routines help them feel secure. That’s why I created Cat Love Sitting — a low-stress alternative to catteries. I offer your cat consistent, caring companionship while you’re away, and give you peace of mind knowing they’re being looked after with love and respect.
At home, I have two wonderful cats of my own — Aku, who is 9 and very laid-back, and Kiki, who is 3 and full of curiosity. They’ve both taught me so much about the diversity of feline personalities and the importance of treating each cat as an individual. They’re the heart behind why I do what I do.
